The foam has a good compaction with excellent shock absorption, fine cell structure, and good inter-laminar adhesion with relatively low densities. The system uses eco-friendly blowing agent. It is ideally processed through high-pressure impingement mixing at room temperature.

  • SIPOLYNATE® P100MDE is a pre-blended CFC free polyurethane polyol for flexible safety packaging purposes. The foam has a good compaction with excellent shock absorption, fine cell structure, and good inter-laminar adhesion with relatively low densities. The system uses eco-friendly blowing agent. It is ideally processed through high-pressure impingement mixing at room temperature. The system is ideal for moderate load packaging.

The foam has a good compaction with excellent shock absorption, fine cell structure, and good inter-laminar adhesion with relatively low densities. The system uses eco-friendly blowing agent. It is ideally processed through high-pressure impingement mixing at room temperature. The polyol system needs thorough agitation before use.
